Final Sale Policy:

  • All concert merchandise purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damage Reporting:

  • If your item arrives damaged, please report it within two days of receipt.
  • To report damage, contact our customer service team with your order number and details about the damage.

Resolution:

  • Once the damage is verified, we will either replace the item or issue store credit at our discretion.
